USEFUL INFORMATION

• When you arrive on Kauai, Call us for directions to our office and to reconfirm your reservation. Also, you may want to print out our Kauai map.
• Departure time is promptly one half hour from check-in time.
• Dress accordingly in beach attire (you will get wet)
• Bring a Beach bag with sunscreen, towel, a cover-up, camera, film and light footwear for those doing the beach landing.
• Due to possible bouncy conditions, these ocean tours are not suitable for pregnant women, those with bad backs or serious health concerns, or children under 3 on our catamaran or children under 5 on our rafts.
• Our ocean raft tours are safe, fun, thrilling adventures and they do require some physical activity. They are geared to outdoor thrill seekers. Be prepared for a wild time.
• Children's age limits are 5-12 yrs. on rafts and 3 -12 yrs on catamaran.
• Tours may vary due to wind & sea conditions at the Captains discretion.
• Prices & tour times are subject to change seasonally.
• Reservations are secured with a credit card # and you will receive a $ 10 per person discount if you reserve online. You of course may pay however you like when you check in for your tour.
• Our Cancellation Policy: Less then 24 hrs. prior to tour time will be charged a 50% service fee and No shows will be charged 100%. Groups of 8 persons and more require a 50% deposit non-refundable within 48 hours of the tour.
• A charge of 6% for the governor's GE tax and harbor fees will be added to the ticket price as noted.
